DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS:
The delivery carrier will unload your order on the driveway. Under no circumstances, the driver will not proceed off hard surfaces in areas around your home; yards, grass, landscape beds.  You do not need to be present at the time of delivery. 

CANCELING ORDERS:
This process varies according to your order type and which stage the order is in. 

    1. You may cancel your entire order or individual items within 30 minutes after placing the order.  Once the 30-minute window has passed, the order cannot be canceled.
    2. When canceling individual items for home delivery orders, the total must remain above the $75 minimum
    3. Contact our Customer Support by calling 1-866-466-8524
    4. Please have your original payment information available when calling to cancel your order.
    5. If it is too late to cancel your order, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our returns policy.

ORDERS ARE DAMAGED:
If your order arrives with damage, please call 1-866-466-8524 so we may assist you with a replacement order or refund. If you are present at the time of delivery, refuse the broken or damaged items with the carrier and, when applicable, note the damage on the delivery receipt. 

CURBSIDE PICKUP: 

Online Orders: When picking up your order at the store, please stay in your vehicle upon arrival and call the store.  Let us know your name and order number.  Continue to stay in your vehicle while we load your order. 

What happens if I don't pick up my Curbside order?
Orders that are unclaimed within 7 days of the order date will be returned and refunded to the original credit card used to place order. 

RETURN POLICY:
If you're not completely satisfied with any item you purchased from us, return it to us with proof of purchase within 30 days from the purchase date to exchange or return an item at its original purchase price. All returns require a proof of purchase in order to accurately refund your original purchase price.

Proof of Purchase: Cash register receipt or printed online order receipt

Product returns without proof of purchase or after 30 days from purchase require a manager approval.  If approved, the items will be returned for the current item price and any refund will be issued in the form of store credit.

Refunds: Orders placed in store or online can be refunded by crediting the original method of payment if proof of purchase is provided.

How to Return:

    1. Bring order back to store.  Please stay in your vehicle, call the store, and we will come out to assist.
    2. If your order was delivered, please call our Customer Support to discuss return options.
